Casless Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Casless, including its website, application, software, products, analytical tools, digital-asset functionality and related services.
By creating an account, accessing or using Casless, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Casless.
1. About Casless
Casless is a digital-asset intelligence and financial technology platform. Depending on the applicable product, jurisdiction and regulatory framework, Casless may provide market information, analytics, research tools, automated analysis, digital-asset-related functionality and other services. The availability of any feature does not mean that the feature is available or lawful for every user or in every jurisdiction.
2. Regulatory Status
Casless does not represent that it is authorized, licensed, registered or regulated as a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, payment institution, crypto-asset service provider or other regulated entity unless expressly stated for the relevant entity, jurisdiction and service.
Where a service requires a licence or registration, Casless may restrict the service, limit availability by jurisdiction, use an authorized third-party provider, require additional verification, or refuse to provide the service.
3. Eligibility
You may use Casless only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, satisfy the minimum age, are not prohibited under applicable law, and satisfy identity, compliance and risk requirements.
4. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Casless may not be available in all countries, territories or regions. We may restrict access based on residence, nationality, location, sanctions, or internal risk policies. You must not attempt to circumvent restrictions.
5. Account Registration
You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current. You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, use another person's identity, or provide misleading information.
6. Identity Verification and Compliance
Casless may require identity verification and compliance procedures including KYC, AML screening, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, source-of-funds checks, source-of-wealth checks, and enhanced due diligence.
7. Market Information and Analysis
Casless may provide market data, historical data, charts, forecasts, analytical scores, risk assessments, trend analysis, predictive models, and automated signals. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Casless does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, future prices, or profitability.
8.AI & Automated Analysis
Casless uses AI, statistical models and machine learning. AI can make mistakes. Casless does not guarantee that any algorithmically generated output is correct. No output should be treated as certainty.
9.Signals & Decision Support
Indicators such as Buy, Sell, Hold, Avoid, Bullish, Bearish, or Risk labels are decision-support outputs, not financial advice or guarantees. Users must independently evaluate all transactions.
10. No Guarantee of Profit
You expressly acknowledge that Casless does not guarantee profit, nor does it guarantee that users will make money, avoid losses, or correctly predict market movements. Past performance is not a guarantee of future performance.
11. Digital-Asset Risk
Digital assets can be highly volatile. You may lose some or all of the value of your digital assets due to market volatility, liquidity problems, protocol forks, smart-contract vulnerabilities, regulatory actions, or technology failures.
12. Wallet Services
Wallet functionality may be custodial, non-custodial or provided by third parties. Where Casless does not control private keys, Casless cannot recover or reverse user-executed transactions.
13. Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending assets to an incorrect address or unsupported network may result in permanent loss. You are responsible for verifying addresses and network selection.
14. Third-Party Providers
Casless relies on third parties for market data, cloud infrastructure, identity verification, custody, and payments. Third-party failures may affect Casless services.
15.Trading & Exchange Services
Where legally available and properly authorized, Casless may offer or facilitate trading functionality subject to service-specific terms.
16. Investment Services
Casless does not promise or guarantee investment returns. Any investment functionality will be subject to separate terms and eligibility requirements.
17. Lending and Borrowing
Lending/borrowing involves default risk, collateral liquidation, counterparty risk, interest-rate risk, and total loss. Casless does not guarantee repayment or profit.
18. Fees
Fees may apply to specific services and will be disclosed through product interfaces. Casless may update fees subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
19. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Casless for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, cyberattacks, impersonation, theft, unlawful gambling, or any activity that violates applicable law.
20. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, devices, and private keys. You must immediately notify Casless of any suspected unauthorized access.
21. Service Availability
Casless may experience downtime, maintenance, outages, API failures, or network congestion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
22.Suspension & Termination
Casless may suspend or terminate access for legal compliance, sanctions, fraud prevention, security, risk management, or breach of these Terms.
23. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, interfaces, and content are owned by or licensed to Casless. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform.
24. User Content
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Casless permissions necessary to operate, secure, and improve services.
25. Third-Party Links
Casless is not responsible for third-party websites, integrations, security, or practices.
26. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining and satisfying their tax obligations. Casless does not provide tax advice.
27. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided through Casless constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or professional financial advice.
28. No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of Casless does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or trustee relationship.
29. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASLESS SERVICES AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CASELESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USERS WILL MAKE PROFITS OR AVOID LOSSES.
30. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASELESS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS. CASELESS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM MARKET MOVEMENTS, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS, OR USER ERROR.
31. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or violation of applicable law.
32. Regulatory Changes
Casless may modify, restrict or discontinue services in response to regulatory changes, licensing requirements, or material risk developments.

34 & 35.Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by applicable jurisdiction laws. Disputes resolved through specified court/arbitration mechanisms subject to mandatory consumer rights.
36. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
37. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
38. Entire Agreement
Constitutes the full agreement alongside Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
